The Kolleg Friedrich Nietzsche is not only a place of introspection and contemplation, but also a forum for productive discourse on contemporary and future-oriented problems of humanity and society – and as such, is closely aligned with Nietzsche’s legacy: multi-perspective and cosmopolitan. The fellowship finances a two-month research stay in Weimar with the aim of supporting a philosophical, scientific or journalistic project. A reference to Nietzsche’s philosophy is advantageous, but not required. Applications are reviewed and selected with particular attention to the project’s originality and seminal character for future research beyond the limiting constraints of the academic sector.
Conditions
The fellowship consists of a scholarship of 1,500 euros/month and free accommodation at the “Villa Silberblick”, the former Nietzsche-Archiv. Please indicate your preference for the fellowship period and an alternative period.
