Hi, our 70 sqm apartment is bright, sunny, with high ceilings and wood parquet floors. There is a bedroom with new high-quality hybrid spring/memory gel mattress, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a duplex bathroom with bath tub, and a sunny balcony. We also have high speed wireless internet, a flat-screen Android TV connected to the internet, a piano, a washing machine, a dryer, a dish-washing machine, a microwave, etc. Our place is located in lively Kreuzberg on a very quiet street near the canal in the very center of Berlin, close to the Schönleinstrasse subway. Just around the corner there are many nice restaurants, cafes, bars, and a very nice and colorful market 2 times a week on the canal. Perfect for one person or a couple. We are going away for a 8-month sabbatical from before Christmas, 2024 to mid-August, 2025, so are only looking for a long-term rental for this period.

The rent with all costs included (electricity, heat, internet, etc) is 1525€ a month.
