Beautiful apartment in Berlin-Kreuzberg with a stunning view

During my upcoming working stay in México City (2.10.-24.11.2022) I would love to leave my beautiful apartment in good hands. The 90 m2 apartment is located on the second floor in an early twentieth century building. It features two large and light-flooded fully furnished rooms and parquet floors. I use one room as a bedroom, and the other one as a living room-cum-study. The study features a big balcony looking out on the river Spree. Both rooms might be converted into studios (both have desks, and one of the living room couches doubles as a queen-size guest-bed), thus allowing two independent parties to share the apartment. The large dining room-kitchen is fully equipped with (nearly) everything to cook up a storm and dine with friends. The bathroom is spacious and light for Berlin standards featuring a bathtub and a washing-machine. The spacious hallway offers plenty storage possibilities

The apartment is located in Kreuzberg’s legendary Wrangelkiez—just around the corner from the Oberbaumbrücke, and very close to Schlesisches Tor subway station (U1/U3), and in a short walking distance to Warschauer Straße (S3, S5, S7), i.e. with direct connections for instance to Dahlem and its research institutions as well as the city center.

The cost for the whole flat is € 990 per month including utilities (electricity, WiFi, heating). My preferred option would be to sublet to one party for the entire seven weeks. However depending on proposition, communication and liking, shorter and possibly split-arrangements could be negotiated.
