We invite you to take part in The 3d International
Conference "Thomas Aquinas and the Future of Ethics". The
conference to be held on June 26 - 30, 2002 at the
Lithuanian Institute of Philosophy and Sociology,
Vilnius, Saltoniskiu str.58.

Subject of discussion of the conference:

1. Principal problems of ethics discussed from the
different points of view (including postmodernist).

2. Metaphysical aspects of ethics.

3. Practical aspects of ethics.

4. Is the universal ethics possible in the postmodernist
world?

5. Role of ethics in the process of globalisation.

The duration of a plenary report is 45 min., that of an
ordinary report - 20 min.

The working languages of the conference will be
Lithuanian, English
