Am 05.09.2023 wird in Bonn von 10:00–16:00 Uhr die Abschlussveranstaltung von OPERAS-GER, Connecting the Connections, im Wissenschaftszentrum stattfinden. Das Projekt OPERAS-GER zur Vernetzung der europäischen Forschungsinfrastruktur OPERAS mit der deutschen Wissenschaftslandschaft der Sozial- und Geisteswissenschaften möchte damit noch einmal die deutsche Community einladen, um sich mit europäischen Kolleg:innen auszutauschen.

Connecting the Connections – a final event of the project OPERAS-GER

The final event of OPERAS-GER, Connecting the Connections, will take place in Bonn on September 5, 2023 from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. The OPERAS-GER project works on connecting the European research infrastructure OPERAS with the German scientific landscape of the social sciences and humanities (SSH). We like to invite the German SSH-community once again to exchange with European colleagues.

OPERAS-GER kommt nach einer dreijährigen Förderphase im September 2023 zu einem Ende. Das Projekt zur Vernetzung der europäischen Forschungsinfrastruktur OPERAS in der deutschen Wissenschaftslandschaft wurde seit dem 10/2020 vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung gefördert und setzt sich zum Ziel innerhalb der Sozial- und Geisteswissenschaften Services und Projekte von OPERAS in Deutschland vorzustellen und vorhandene Bedarfe auf europäischer Ebene einfließen zu lassen.

Wir möchten die Chance nutzen und in unserer Abschlussveranstaltung am Dienstag, dem 05.09.2023 von 10:00 bis 16:00 Uhr im Wissenschaftszentrum in Bonn die Verbindungen und Kontakte, die während des Projekts hergestellt wurden, vertiefen und nachhaltig gestalten oder auch neue schaffen, die in Zukunft weiterverfolgt werden können.

Neben der Vorstellung von OPERAS relevanten Themen wird es am Nachmittag die Möglichkeit zur Vernetzung geben. Die Veranstaltung wird teilweise auf Englisch stattfinden.

Connecting the Connections – a final event of the project OPERAS-GER

OPERAS-GER is happy to invite you to the event "Connecting the Connections – a final event of the project OPERAS-GER" on 05.09.2023 in Bonn.

OPERAS-GER will end in September 2023 after a three-year funding phase. The project for networking the European research infrastructure OPERAS with the German scientific landscape in the social sciences and humanities has been funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research since 10/2020 with the aim to incorporate existing needs of the German community at the European level.

We would like to take the opportunity to invite the community to our final event on Tuesday, 05.09.2023 from 10.000 am–04.00 pm at the Wissenschaftszentrum in Bonn. Therefore, deepen and sustain the connections and contacts that have been established during the project or even create new ones that can be followed up in the future.

In addition to the presentation of OPERAS relevant topics, there will be networking opportunities in the afternoon. The event will be partly held in English.
