The European Holocaust Research Infrastructure (EHRI) invites applications from people with different professional backgrounds for a seminar co-organised by the Center for Holocaust Studies and the German Exile Archive 1933-1945 (DEA).

Holocaust and Exile: Approaches, Sources, Methodologies

We are pleased to announce the forthcoming EHRI Seminar “Holocaust and Exile: Approaches, Sources, Methodologies”, which is co-organized by the Center for Holocaust Studies at the Leibniz Institute for Contemporary History (IfZ) and the DEA as part of the German National Library, one of the leading archives in the field of exile studies. The DEA, which celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2024, will also host the event. We aim at a diverse group of participants and encourage especially junior researchers, archivists, librarians, and people working in memorial sites to apply. The seminar will provide an opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into research on the Holocaust and exile, the DEA's Holocaust-related archival holdings, as well as the institution's various activities and offerings.
