Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Thank you for having sent in your contributions for the upcoming 2010 issue of The International Newsletter of Communist Studies Online. For those of you who did not do so yet, as a last reminder the deadline has been extended towards March 31, 2010.

While this issue of the print edition of the International Newsletter, to be published shortly as a supplement of the Jahrbuch für Historische Kommunismusforschung (<http://www.stiftung-aufarbeitung.de/publikationen/jahrbuch.php>), is featuring no articles and reviews for reasons of space, we are strongly looking forward to your notes, articles and other contributions (see below) for the online edition.

The Newsletter publishes texts in English, French, Spanish or German. Shorter contributions and news in Russian, Polish, Italian and Portuguese will be translated.

There are books available for review at <http://www.mzes.uni-mannheim.de/projekte/incs/books4review.html>; suggestions for reviews of other titles are welcome.
