We are seeking a paper for a GSA panel on economic policies in occupied territories of Europe during the Second World War and in the early post-war period. The subject may include the utilisation of resources by an occupying regime, the political and military occupation and plans for the development of the economy in a certain region or the significance of a territory in the broader context of an occupation regime – always including economic points of view. The paper shall focus on German occupation policies or on the occupation of German territories (if the post-war period is concerned).
