This international, interdisciplinary conference takes the theme of the accession of the first Hanoverian king George. It will examine not just the end of the Stuart era, but the defining characteristics, outcomes and consequences of the Hanoverian succcession. We invite new as well as established academics, PhD and early career researchers to bring their knowledge and expertise together for the three-day gathering in the City of Bath.
