The Leo Baeck Institute London and Oxford University Press are pleased to invite entries to the Leo Baeck Essay Prize. The aim of the Essay Prize is to stimulate new research on the history and culture of German-speaking Jewry and promote young researchers in the field. The competition is open to anyone who has completed their postgraduate studies no more than 5 years ago.
The author of the winning essay will receive:
- Publication of the winning essay in the 2012 Leo Baeck Institute Year Book
- A cash prize of £500
- One year's free subscription to the Leo Baeck Institute Year Book
