Die Initiative „Ukrainian Research in Switzerland“ (URIS) schreibt zum Frühjahrsemester 2017 das erste URIS-Fellowship für einen sechsmonatigen Forschungsaufenthalt an der Universität Basel aus. Das Fellowship richtet sich an promovierte Wissenschaftler_innen aus dem Bereich der Geistes-, Kultur- und Sozialwissenschaften, deren Forschung einen substantiellen Beitrag zum besseren Verständnis von Geschichte, Gesellschaft, Politik und Kultur der Ukraine verspricht.

The initiative "Ukrainian Research in Switzerland" (URIS) is calling for applications for the 2017 spring semester for the first URIS fellowship, which enables the recipient to spend six months researching at the University of Basel. The fellowship is open to postdoctoral scholars in the humanities, cultural studies and social sciences whose research has the potential to make a substantial contribution to a better understanding of the history, society, politics and culture of Ukraine.
