Das Institut d’histoire de la Réformation der Universität Genf schreibt eine Dokotoratsstelle (100 % , für 4 Jahre) aus. Die Stelle ist Teil des Forschungsprojekts "A Disregarded Past. Medieval Scholasticism and Reformed Thought", das vom Schweizerischen Nationalfonds (SNF) finanziert wird.
Die Stelleninhaberin/der Stelleninhaber wird eine Dissertation über die Mittelalter-Bezüge im Werk eines Schweizer Reformators verfassen (am ehesten Heinrich Bullinger, aber andere Vorschläge sind möglich). Bewerber·innen verfügen über einen Master-Abschluss in Theologie, Geschichte oder Philosophie (oder werden über einen solchen bis zum Projektbeginn verfügen), vorzugsweise haben sie eine mediävistische oder eine reformationsgeschichtliche Qualifikationsarbeit verfasst, sie besitzen gute Lateinkenntnisse und sind an Ansätzen der digital humanities interessiert.
Die Stelleninhaberin/der Stelleninhaber wird Teil eines jungen, internationalen und innovativen Forschungsteams sein. Sie/er wird mindestens drei Viertel der Arbeitszeit für sein/ihr Promotionsprojekt aufwenden können, wird aber auch Gelegenheit haben, an anderen Bereichen des Gesamtprojekts, der Organisation von Workshops und der Entwicklung eines digitalen Index mitzuarbeiten. Zudem wird sie/er an den wissenschaftlichen Aktivitäten des Institut d›histoire de la Réformation teilnehmen.
Das jährliche Gehalt richtet sich nach den Vorgaben des SNF (von CHF 47’040 im ersten Jahr zu CHF 50’040 im vierten). Beginn des Anstellungsverhältnisses ist der 1. August 2020 (oder kurz danach).
