The Director of the Institute of History of the Czech Academy of Sciences (Prosecká 76, 190 00 Prague 9) announces a selection procedure for the research position for the Department of 20th Century History (full-time position; preliminary start date: 1 April 2018).

Qualification requirements: University education in the field of history, or from a related field with having reached the degree of Ph.D. or its equivalent, with a focus on history of the 20th century, preferably in relation to Central Europe; good knowledge of at least two world languages.
