At the margins is where the adventurous mind wants to dwell. This is [where] received modes of thinking and writing dissolve, and new ones emerge. At the margins we often remain puzzled, confused, lost, and eager to re-make sense of our life worlds and those of others. And from [the] margins, all good work that has been done in anthropology stays within view. For that reason, ETNOFOOR has been, and wishes to remain, a marginal anthropological journal. The journal will continue to operate at the interface of academic anthropology and the world out there, with all its ever-changing issues to be studied, debates to be debated, disciplines and arts to be explored. ETNODFOOR [ETNOFOOR] appears twice a year, each issue dedicated to a special theme. Whoever likes to contribute is welcome.
