The Swinburne Leadership Institute at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, is seeking to appoint a Research Fellow in Leadership.

The Swinburne Leadership Institute was launched in April 2012 and is a dynamic centre for innovative research and publishing, postgraduate teaching, specialised intensive programs in leadership, and public diplomacy discourse. A new Research Fellow position has arisen and will be responsible to undertake research relating to leadership in key areas aligned with the Swinburne Leadership Institute’s mission and vision and collaborating with scholars in various disciplines at the Swinburne Institute for Social Research, where the researcher will be co-located.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will need a PhD in conjunction with extensive postdoctoral research experience, in any relevant social science or humanities discipline. Highly developed written and communication skills and strong problem solving abilities is also essential.
