Ab dem Sommersemester 2014 bietet die an der Universität Potsdam
angesiedelte eLearning Plattform Virtual Australian Studies Seminare für BA-Studierende in den Australian Studies an. Die Seminare werden von Lehrenden aus ganz Deutschland angeboten und können von Studierenden belegt werden, die derzeit in einen BA-Studiengang an einer deutschen oder internationalen Universität eingeschrieben sind.
Für das erfolgreiche Belegen der Seminare werden 3 bzw. 6 ECTS credits vergeben.

Das Kursangebot in diesem Sommersemester umfasst die Lehrveranstaltungen:
- "In the Wake of First Contact": Australian Postcolonial Narrative
(Victoria Herche, University of Cologne)
- Australian Cultural Studies (Stefanie Land-Hilbert, University of Potsdam)
- Land Rights, Reconciliation, Treaty: Discussing Postcolonial Justice
(Prof. Dr. Anja Schwarz, University of Potsdam)
Die Deadline zur Anmeldung für diese Lehrveranstaltungen ist der 24. März und als Teilnahmegebühr fallen 60 EUR an.

From the beginning of the summer semester 2014 the e-learning platform Virtual Australian Studies, hosted by the University of Potsdam, will be offering students BA-level online seminars in Australian Studies. The seminars will be taught by university lecturers from across Germany and all students who are currently enrolled on a BA-programme in Germany or abroad can apply to take part.
Students who successfully complete a course will be awarded (depending on the coursework they complete) 3 or
6 ECTS credits.
